The location of Kinzie Hotel was perfect for easy access to Navy Pier, where I could enjoy the Miller Lite Beer Garden and breathtaking views of Lake Michigan. The front office team also acted as my personal concierge, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Limited hot breakfast options. Limited city views.

staying at Kinzie in the heart of the city was a delight. the king size room was sumptuous and the lobby was beautiful. the staff provided excellent customer service and useful information about dining and sightseeing. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and prime restaurants. the 24 hr guest services and complimentary continental breakfast added to the wonderful experience. the plush pillows and 360 city view made me feel like royalty.
